Joseph B. Hayek
President and Chief Executive Officer of Worthington Enterprises (NYSE: WOR), a market-leading designer and manufacturer of building products and consumer products, since November 2024. Our director since 2026.
Previously, Mr. Hayek served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Worthington Enterprises following the separation of Worthington Industries into Worthington Enterprises and Worthington Steel. From 2018 through 2023, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Worthington Industries. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Worthington's oil and gas equipment business and as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development. Before joining Worthington, Mr. Hayek was President of PCM/Sarcom and held executive leadership positions in corporate development and investor relations. He began his career in investment banking with Raymond James and Wachovia.
