MINNEAPOLIS, Jul 23, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq:APOG) announced it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share, payable August 28, 2002 to shareholders of record August 12, 2002. The company has approximately 28.5 million shares outstanding.
