MINNEAPOLIS, Oct 04, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: APOG) announced it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0815 per share, payable on November 8, 2011 to shareholders of record on October 24, 2011. The company has approximately 28.3 million shares outstanding.
