Mark was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2026. In this role he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, risk management, as well as information technology.

Mark joined Apogee in 2000 and has served in several finance leadership roles with the company. Most recently, he was Chief Accounting Officer. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2022 to 2023 and Vice President of Finance for two of the company’s segments from 2012 to 2022 and was Apogee’s Corporate Controller from 2004 to 2012. Prior to joining Apogee, Mark worked in a number of finance roles, including four years at KPMG.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and was a participant in the University of Chicago’s Booth Executive Development Program.

Matt Christian was named President of Apogee’s Architectural Services segment in August 2025. In this role, he leads the Harmon business, providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership while overseeing the executive team and overall business performance.

Matt brings nearly 20 years of experience at Harmon in a range of leadership roles across project management, sales, and operations.

Over the course of his tenure, he has played a key role in delivering complex façade projects and strengthening operational execution across the business. He most recently served as Vice President, Preconstruction & Operations, where he led preconstruction strategy and execution, driving alignment between project delivery, cost management, and customer outcomes.

Prior to being named President, Matt transitioned from Harmon to support Apogee Enterprises as Vice President of Products and Vice President of the Transformation Management Office. In these roles, he contributed to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, enhanced cross-business collaboration, and advanced strategic priorities focused on growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Finance focus from the University of Baltimore.

Beth was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2026. As a member of Apogee’s Leadership Team, Beth leads the development and execution of our enterprise-wide human resources strategy.

Beth has been with Apogee for more than 25 years and has been a valued leader, contributing across several business segments as well as within the corporate team. She is widely respected for her integrity, thoughtful leadership, and dedication to our people.  Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Apogee’s corporate office. She previously held similar HR leadership roles across the company’s businesses as well, including Harmon, Tru Vue, and Viracon. 

Beth has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of St. Thomas, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas. 
 

Brent was named President of Apogee’s Architectural Glass Segment in October 2023. He provides strategic, financial, and overall operational leadership for Apogee’s Architectural Glass Segment. Brent joined Apogee in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy. In that role he led efforts to develop Apogee’s business strategy to effectively compete and deliver exceptional results and was responsible for implementing increased cross business collaboration and driving top-line growth. He was named President, Architectural Framing Systems in August 2019 where oversaw significant transformation of the Architectural Framing Systems Segment.

Prior to Apogee, Brent spent seven years at Valspar, a global leader in the coatings industry, where he held senior level positions in their General Industrial Americas and North America Wood Coatings divisions. Before Valspar, Brent held senior level positions in sales, marketing and general management at NewPage, a leading manufacturer of coated printing and specialty papers.

Brent holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Troy was named President of Apogee’s Architectural Metals segment in 2025. He joined Apogee in 2011, serving in several leadership roles in the company’s Harmon business unit before being promoted to President, Architectural Metals in 2025. During his tenure at Architectural Services, Harmon became one of the leading full-service curtainwall and glass installation companies in North America. He has credited the ongoing success of the business to having passionate and talented people coupled with thoughtful process, data analytics, and a continuous learning culture for all employees.

Troy has more than two decades of experience in the glass and glazing industry after starting his career as an environmental engineer at Marathon Oil Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and attended the Minnesota Management Institute (MMI) program at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Veena joined Apogee in January 2025 as President of Performance Surfaces, a leading producer of high-performance coated materials for a variety of applications.

Veena brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, building a record of commercial and operational excellence throughout her career. She joined Apogee from Rockwell Automation, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, where she served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to Rockwell, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at 3M Company, where she worked for 28 years. Over her career, she ascended to key global leadership positions across 3M, including Vice President of the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, and Vice President of the Specialty Solutions tape business. She has a diverse background leading sales and marketing teams, managing brands and driving new product platforms through organic and inorganic strategies. 

Veena serves as a board director, and member of the audit and nominating and governance committees for Trinity Industries (NYSE: TRN).

Veena earned bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering from the University of Western Ontario. She has also completed the CFO certification program at Columbia University.

Donald was named Apogee’s Chief Executive Officer in October 2025. Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kennametal Inc., a global industrial technology leader, present in over 60 countries, manufacturing tooling and wear-resistant solutions for customers in the aerospace, energy, and transportation industries from 2014-2016. Previously, Mr. Nolan was President of the Materials Group for Avery Dennison Corporation from 2008-2014, a global leader in packaging solutions. Prior to joining Avery Dennison Corporation, he served on the executive team at Valspar, a global leader in paint and coatings, as Senior Vice President, leading the Global Packaging and Refinish Coatings businesses. Before joining Valspar, he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility with Loctite, General Electric and Ashland Chemical. Mr. Nolan is also active in private equity, serving on several private company boards.

Bryan was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in February 2026. In this role he has overall responsibility for all legal matters at Apogee, corporate governance, and compliance; in addition to Environmental, Health and Safety.

Bryan has been a key member of Apogee’s legal team since 2017, most recently as Assistant General Counsel for Apogee’s Architectural Metals Segment. Bryan also works closely with our risk management team. Before Apogee, Bryan was a commercial litigator with the Minneapolis-based law firm Lindquist & Vennum (now Ballard Spahr). Bryan’s deep understanding of our businesses positions him well to lead Apogee’s legal and EHS teams into the future.

Bryan earned his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
